-Difficult Feelings-

Have you ever use your negative emotions to avoid your true pain???

We are often not aware that it is happening.

This process is automatic and involuntary.

Let me give you some examples.


  1. Do you ever smile when you are really angry???
  2. Have you acted angry when deep inside you were afraid???
  3. Do you laugh and make jokes when you are really sad and hurt???
  4. Have you been quick to blame others when you felt guilty or afraid???




I myself always stuck in such situation.

Pretending that's everything goes sweet and juicy.

Trying to be cool even it hurts me so much

As long as I can cope with it I wont blow my cover
